About Us
KRSP began as a Singapore-based consulting firm focused on corporate structuring and project management. In 2019, we expanded our offerings to include operational outsourcing services in Europe, establishing operations in Austria, Germany, and Switzerland. By the first quarter of 2020, we had 63 outsourcing offices in 23 countries managing 200,000 transactions annually. As demand for technology solutions grew, we founded our technology company, Motion Identix, in 2020.
In 2021, we expanded our portfolio by establishing a global travel company with a network of travel partners, specializing in providing visa and travel support to both individual and corporate clients.
By the end of 2022, we had direct operations in 16 countries and a partner network in over 25 countries. We also had a fully operational travel company and a highly skilled IT company that provides a wide range of technology solutions.

Paul John Maliekkal
KRSP was founded by industry veteran Paul John Maliekkal, a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of experience. He has held senior positions with a global outsourcing company having operations in more than 130 countries. His expertise includes Strategic Planning, Financial Management, Revenue Generation, Cross border Structuring, Tax planning etc.
His experience in relevant fields has helped his clients in Europe and Middle East to help win and close deals starting from Project Planning, Bid analysis, Pricing Strategy, Bid submission, Negotiation, Company formations and Tax Planning, Marketing Plan, Organization Structure and Overall Business Strategy.
Anirudh Singh
Anirudh has extensive experience of Managing business in various international markets. He recognizes the significance of key accounts in organizations and understands how managing client expectations can lead to value creation. Anirudh's expertise covers operations management, business development, business solutions, and strategic value creation.
Anirudh holds a degree in International Business and has a keen interest in research and development activities and formulating niche. He has worked in many senior positions and last one as COO for VFS Global, a large and diverse corporation in the field of Visa outsourcing. Throughout his career he has managed operations and projects in multiple countries in Asia, Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Americas. His 20 years of experience has given him valuable insight into how to navigate different cultural and economic landscapes.
Sriram Rajmohan
Sriram Rajmohan is the Founder Director of Mercurius Travels and CEO & MD of Club 7 Holidays. For last many years he has been associated with the travel Industry. He moderates diverse travel forums and enjoys an excellent network of renowned travel leaders Internationally. Sriram is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of professional experience and, has held positions such as Group CFO, Kuoni Travel Group and Head – Finance & Accounts, Engineering Business Group Voltas Limited in past.
Sahil Sood
Sahil Sood is the Founder CEO of Motion Identix. Sahil has a wealth of experience in implementing effective technology strategies across multiple geographies. He has a deep understanding of challenges faced by companies today in staying ahead of the curve, due to the ever-evolving digital landscape. Sahil founded Motion Identix with the aim of bringing latest technologies to small & medium enterprises at an optimum price point, that drives business growth, reduces costs, and enhances overall performance. Sahil has a reputation for fostering a culture of creativity and for empowering his team to take risks and think outside the box.
With over a decade of experience in multinational companies, he has played a pivotal role in the design and development of biometrics adjudication at a point when such technologies itself were at its nascent stage. His expertise in emerging technologies has allowed him to successfully implement such systems throughout his career, which have become increasingly important in today's digital landscape.
